Two New Patterns- Finished!

They're finally finished! I spent the afternoon today working on the final patterns with my hubby. I am so excited to be able to share my two newest patterns with you!

The first one is Pixelated Houndstooth. It is a design I had been working on for over a year. I finished this quilt quite some time ago and then considered writing the pattern for a while before my hubby asked, "Why not?" Um, yeah. I don't know why not.... so here it is!

This quilt measures 56" x 72". It has a modern, bold look and would be a great pattern for a more masculine quilt with the right colors (unless the man in your life likes pink.) It would also make a fabulous ombre quilt, don't you think? I may have to make yet another...

The second pattern is called Rewind. This quilt has also been one that I have been thinking about and playing around with for over a year. It is a take on Upstream, the first quilt I ever designed. I played around with colors and prints and I loved the minimalist look that is achieved by the gray scale fabrics. My only regret is that it doesn't photograph as well as a quilt with bold colors does.

This quilt measures 42"x56" and is perfectly crib-sized. I can definitely see so many wonderful variations of this quilt. Bold colors? Varying neutrals for the negative space? "I spy" prints in the middle of those triangles? I've made these blocks in so many different options... they'd all be great!

Both of these patterns are now available in my Etsy store for $9 and my Craftsy store for $8. If you are not familiar with Craftsy, check it out! They allow indie pattern designers to list and sell patterns for free!
